The traditional Archery team of the Association of Historical Studies KORYVANTES, following the kind invitation of the Academy of Olympic Archery "Pelopos" Patras, participated in the"5th Total Field Game 2015", which took place on Saturday, August 1, 2015, in the village of Dafnoula in Ioannina / Greece .
The event was held under the auspices of the Greek Olympic Archery Federation (EOT), the Academy of Olympic Archery "Pelopos" Patras ,the Sports Club "Protoporos" from Ioannina and the Community of the Dafnoula village, with the participation of a total of 32 Olympic and Traditional Archery athletes.
The competition included 10 targets in a maximum distance of 50m in physical route of 2 km. The targets were placed in the uphill and downward slope and in many cases in conjunction with physical obstacles. The athletes participated in mixed groups of 4 athletes from the following categories : Recurve, Compound, Barebow, Longbow, Traditional. Our athletes won the first and second place in the category "Traditional Bow" women , under Elena Antoniadou and Erasmia Smyroglou (no contest), and the first place in the category "Traditional Bow" men under Chassalevris Taxiarchis (no contest).
